Nepal has suffered a third consecutive defeat in the ICC U19 Women’s T20 World Cup. The Nepalese team were beaten by Australia by a big margin of 83 runs in the final group stage game.

Chasing a big target of 140 runs, Nepal finished the allotted 20 overs at 56/8. Captain Puja Mahato scored a sluggish 18 runs from 42 balls while no other batters managed to cross a double-digit score against a strong Aussie bowling unit.
