Cricnepal/Kathmandu – Four Cricketers have been nominated in this year’s NSJF Pulsar Sports Award nominations as the organizers Nepal Sports Journalists Forum(NSJF) announced nominations for four main categories. Its only the Best Player- Female category that doesn’t receive any nomination from Cricket.
Paras Khadka, Basanta Regmi, Akash Bista , Pubudu Dasanayake all nominated for various awards in NSJF Puslar Sports Awards.
National captain Paras Khadka, who won the awards in 2010, has been nominated for Best Player (Male) while U16 player Akash Bista has been nominated for Best Player Youth Category. Basanta Regmi has been nominated alongside Paras.
Nepali Cricket National Coach Pubudu Dasanayake is nominated for the best coach category.
Each categories have five nominations and the winners will be announced on July 2 on the occasion of World’s Sports Journalist day amidst a function in Kathmandu. The Awards is the biggest sports awards in Nepal.
