Kathmandu – The Ground Staff of Cricket Association of Nepal (CAN) have started protest for a 5 points demand from today.
The ground staff who were temporarily hired from last October have demanded increment in their Salary along with an appraisal for Permanent Position.
Similarly, they have asked for trainings courses inside/outside the country. Official Uniform for them during work schedule with CAN’s logo.
They have submitted the demand paper to CAN and Skipper Paras Khadka, who is now a member of high level Committee for cricket.
“If the demands are not fulfilled within 30 days, we will stage a second round of protest”, Madhu Tamang, the coordinator of the protest committee said.
