Madhesh Province has clinched the title of Baliyo Nepal U-15 Cricket Tournament 2079. Madhesh Province defeated Bagmati Province by four wickets in the final match at Mulpani Cricket Ground.
Invited to bat first, Bagmati Province finished the allotted 20 overs on 95 losing 9 wickets. Apart from Aakash Tamata’s 23 runs knock, other batsmen were unable to do any special. Saiman Roy grabbed two wickets for Madhesh Province conceding just 10 runs.
In reply, Madhesh completed the target of 96 in 15.3 overs losing 6 wickets. Ranjan Yadav played an innings of 34 runs and was adjudged as player of the final match. Bagmati’s skipper Yuvraj Khatri grabbed 3 wickets.
Madhesh Province’s Saiman Roy was adjudged as player of the tournament whilst Jenish Magar, Kamal Shahi, and Yuvraj Khatri were emerging player of the tournament.
