The defending champions of Everest Premier League (EPL) 2018, Lalitpur Patriots have
signed England’s Alexander James Blake for the fourth season of Everest Premier League
T20 cricket tournament to be held at the TU Grounds from September 25 to October 9.
Blake, an English professional left-handed batter, has been acquired by Lalitpur Patriots. He plays Kent County Cricket Club.
Currently, engaged with The Oval Invincibles, a franchisee team that represents
the historic counties of Surrey and Kent in the newly founded The Hundred Competition,
“We are happy to announce that we have roped in Alex Blake as one of our overseas players for the new season of EPL for his ability to smash rapid runs to win games for his team. He will be adding a lot of value with his experience and subsequently sharing his knowledge of the game to our young dressing,” Varun Lawrence Lama, the team manager said.
