Birgunj – Nepal Police have arrested two persons in Birgunj from their alleged involvement in betting in Indian Premier League (IPL).
Two person identified as 50 years old Aatmaram Khetna and 40 years old Bulla Khetan were arrested from Birgunj-13, Adarsh Nagar. “The duo were found guilty of organising the betting during IPL matches in Nepal and India”, Police said.
Police also arrested three other people involved in betting and seized five lakh cash, nine mobile phones, TV and Antenna.
