Melbourne – Nepal will play their fifth match of the World Twenty20 Qualifiers against the tough looking Papua New Guinea, who beat defending champions Ireland in their last match at Dublin (Malahide) on Friday.
Its a must win game for Nepal against PNG to stay alive in the competition, a loss here would end the chances of qualifying for the ICC World Twenty20 in India next year.
This match will be live on Star Sports 4 and will be aired from 2:45 PM NST. Nepal’s story in the tournament hasn’t been exceptional with two losses against Ireland, and Hong Kong and a win against USA, while they shared a point with Namibia after rain halted the match.

Nepal had lost to PNG in ICC World Twenty20 Qualifier in 2012 by 35 runs and won by 6 wickets with 1 ball remaining in the next match of the same tournament. Similarly, in 2013, Nepal defeated them by 7 wickets in ICC World T20 Qualifier.
