Sandeep Lamichhane, Nepal’s most successful bowler and only one to have reached 100 wickets is the fifth player in the list. He has received 53 T20I caps for Nepal.
4. Abinash Bohara
Abinash Bohara is a one-format player and gets in the T20 squad only. He is known as the death bowling specialist and has played 62 T20I games.
3. Dipendra Singh Airee
The ace allrounder, DS Airee has so many records to his name, including the fastest T20I half-century and SIX-SIXES in an over. He has represented Nepal in 67 T20I and is the third-highest-capped player.
2. Sompal Kami
Sompal Kami, known as the Gulmi Express, became the first player to play two T20 World Cups (2014 and 2024) for Nepal. Kami has featured in 68 T20I matches.
1. Karan KC
Karan Kc who debuted in 2015, is the most capped player for Nepal having played 70 games. He’s also the second-highest wicket-taker in the format, only behind Sandeep Lamichhane.

Aarif Sheikh is considered the backbone of Nepal’s middle-order batting. He’s played 51 ODI matches and has anchored and stretched the inning quite a few times.
4. Kushal Bhurtel
Kushal Bhurtel is one of three batters to have completed 1000+ runs in the format. He has also scored a century while playing 52 matches.
3. Sompal Kami
Sompal Kami and DS Singh Airee are the only two players who appear on the list for both formats. Sompal, the third-highest wicket-taker after Sandeep Lamichhane and Karan KC has got 54 caps.
2. Dipendra Singh Airee
Dipendra Singh Airee was part of Nepal’s first-ever ODI matches. Lately, Airee is not at his best in this particular format. He’s represented Nepal in 55 ODI matches and sits at the second position.
1. Rohit Paudel
The young and energetic captain, Rohit Paudel, leads the way in the ODI format. He’s not only the leading run-scorer but also holds the record for the highest individual score in this format. Paudel has played 61 matches, captaining the team in 36 of them.
