Kathmandu – Nepal’s middle order batting star Sharad Vesawkar is all set to play club cricket in USA.
“Vesawkar will play for Punjab Lions, a professional Club in Chicago, USA.”, quoted in a Press Release published today.
Owner of the club Mr. Lovkesh Kalia and Venture Sports Management approached Sharad to play for the club.
Earlier, they have had international players like Mohammed Sami (Pakistan), Shabbir Ahmed (Pakistan) and Mervyn Dillion (West Indies) playing for them . He will also be playing in weekends in the North Texas league.
Sharad is supposed to leave Nepal at the end of this month and he will return Nepal on second week of september.
