The fixtures and schedule for Nepal’s second tri-series in the CWC League 2 have been announced. Nepal will travel to Canada for the series, where Canada, Nepal and Oman will battle.

Nepal’s first match in the tri-series will be against Canada on September 16. Following a rest day, they will take on Oman on September 18. After a brief gap, Nepal will face Canada again on September 22 and Oman on September 24. All matches will be held in King City, Ontario, with a start time of 7:45 PM NST.

Nepal announced a preliminary squad of 22 players on August 4. However, the final squad has not yet been confirmed and is expected to be announced shortly. Captain Rohit Paudel and Dipendra Singh Airee are already in Canada, having remained there to train following the conclusion of the GT20 League Canada.

However, two of the matches were washed out due to rain, and Nepal lost the one match that was completed.

Nepal hasn’t played an ODI match in seven months, as they were focused on the T20 format followed by a period of rest. Nepal last played the ODI match in February. In the opening series held on home ground in February, Nepal faced three defeats and secured only one win against Netherlands and Namibia.

Nepal’s schedule:

vs Canada (16 September)

vs Oman (18 September)

vs Canada (22 September)

vs Oman (24 September)
